On February 22nd, Mr. Wang Xiaomin, Deputy Director of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Human Resources & Social Security, led a delegation of relevant departments to visit Ningshing Holdings and held a symposium on site. The purpose of this visit was to understand the company’s difficulties in talent introduction, vocational skills and management training. Six enterprises participated in the meeting, including Ningshing Holdings and its key sector companies and Shanghai Foreign Service (Ningbo) Company.

At the symposium, the participants put forward demands and suggestions on the difficulties in introducing outstanding talents, the support for the construction of postdoctoral workstations. They also expressed their concerns about the docking of training resources for middle and senior managers, and the promotion of application-oriented college students' training mode in the integration of production and education, etc.
